Account Deletion
At ∞Dx Explorers, users can request deletion of their app account and associated data.
How to request account deletion
You can request account deletion in either of these ways:
- Open the ∞Dx Explorers app
- Go to Privacy Center
- Select Delete My Account
- Confirm your request
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by contacting us at:

To help us process your request, include the email address associated with your ∞Dx Explorers account.
What will be deleted
When your deletion request is processed, we will delete or initiate deletion of:
- your ∞Dx Explorers account
- associated authentication records
- account-linked app data associated with your use of the service, subject to technical and legal limitations
What may be retained
Some limited information may be retained for a limited period where necessary for:
- security and fraud prevention
- legal or regulatory compliance
- enforcing our terms
- backup and recovery processes
If data is retained for these reasons, it will not be used to provide the normal app experience and will be removed when the retention period expires or when no longer required.

Important note
